Program Parameters

• Program is limited to two party personal injury, first party property, and property insurance/homeowners’ association disputes
• 4 hours of mediation session time, including 1 hour of prep time
• In person, hybrid, and virtual cases
• Access to skilled, Minnesota-based neutrals with subject matter experience
• Flexibility to set multiple cases on a single day
• State-of-the-art videoconferencing technology and JAMS moderator available to provide technical support
• No administrative fees
• No charge for cancellations in writing within seven business days.
• Additional professional time beyond the four hours of hearing time will be billed at the neutral’s standard hourly rate and additional administrative fees may apply
